Spaceship
Susumu Shingu’s art could not exist without the wind. His elegant sculptures come alive with the slightest breath and thus reveal the intangible but omnipresent nature of air. This "atmospheric" material sculpted by the artist emphasizes his relation to the world and his ecological consciousness. All his work is underpinned by the harmonious search for the rhythms and vibrations of nature, so that wind, water, light, rain and snow become the main actors in his production.
